We recognize that your privacy is very important. This privacy policy covers Delighterr, Inc.’s (“Delighter”) policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you purchase and use the Delighterr 365 Add-On (the “Platform”) or access and initiate transactions on and the software, services and products made available through the Platform (collectively the “Services”).

Each time you use the Platform, you consent to the collection, use and storage of the collected information as described in this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully and contact us at if you have any questions.

  1. What Information Is Collected And How Is It Used?

    Account Creation Information: When a user first signs up for the Services, users must register with their Office 365 or Exchange email. By providing your email to create an account, you consent to Delighterr’s access to your Outlook profile data, email addresses, and email and calendar metadata in order to import the most frequently utilized email addresses in the 90 days prior to registration and to provide customized recommendations for client engagement. Users can add or delete email addresses at any time. Your 365 or Exchange email may be utilized to (i) provide information regarding our Services; (ii) provide customer support services, or (iv) to communicate material changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

    Cookies: The Platform utilizes cookie technology to gather information on Platform use in order to serve you more effectively. Usage of cookies is in no way linked to personally identifiable information. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies; however some Platform features or Services may not work properly without cookies.

    Tracking Pixels: Delighterr utilizes tracking pixels as a method for monitoring the emails delivered by Delighterr to its users. A tracking pixel is a transparent image, measuring one pixel by one pixel. Once imbedded on an email, a tracking pixel will let Delighterr know how many times customers have opened messages sent to its users.

  2. Is Information Collected by or Disclosed to Third Parties?

    Account Registration: Users may register their account through their Office 365 or Exchange emails. Data is collected and used by Microsoft in accordance with Microsoft's Privacy Policy.

    Anonymous Data - Analytics: Delighterr uses the following third party analytics to learn how our customers use the Platform and Services:

    • MixPanel Analytics: Delighterr uses MixPanel to learn how our customers use the Platform and Services. MixPanel utilizes cookies and web beacons to track the manner in which customers use and interact with Delighterr’s features, such as the elements that a user has clicked upon, so that we may improve the Services provided to our customers. For more information on MixPanel’s data collection and use practices, see the MixPanel Privacy Policy. You can opt-out of MixPanel’s automatic retention of data collected by clicking here: MixPanel Opt-Out. If you get a new computer, install a new browser, erase or otherwise alter your browser's cookie file (including upgrading certain browsers) you may also clear the MixPanel opt-out cookie.

    • Inspectlet Analytics: Delighterr has engaged Inspectlet to analyze the activities of visitors utilizing its Services, and Inspectlet’s authorized use of cookies and other tracking technologies enable it to have access to personal information (including name, email and usage data) of visitors accessing its Services. Inspectlet records videos of the manner in which customers use and interact with the Services (such as mouse movement and click and scroll movement) to help Delighterr improve the features offered within the Services.     Payment Processors: Delighterr does not store any credit card data associated with any payments processed on the Platform. Delighterr utilizes a third party payment processor, Stripe, to process any payments. Please review Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more detail about how your information is collected, stored and maintained by this third party payment processor.

    Data Storage: Data is stored on servers maintained by Amazon Web Services. Users should click on the hyperlink for more information about AWS’ data collection and privacy policies.

    Other Potential Third Party Disclosures: Delighterr will never sell personally identifiable information to any third party for any purpose.

    Information may also be disclosed to third parties (1) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; (2) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, or (3) if Delighterr is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets.

    We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users (i) about law enforcement or court ordered requests for data unless otherwise prohibited by law, or (ii) if your personal information is to be disclosed or transferred and/or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

  3. How Does Delighterr Comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act?

    We do not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of 13. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on the Platform. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at We will delete such information from our files within a commercially reasonable time.

  4. How Long Does Delighterr Retain Information Collected?

    We will retain account data for a commercially reasonable time and as we deem necessary to provide our services to our users. Our policy is delete Subscriber’s account-related Content seven (7) days following termination of your account Services. If you require access to your data prior to expiration of the 7-day window or have additional questions regarding our data retention policy, please contact us at and we will respond in a reasonable time.

  5. What is Delighterr’s Security Policy?

    We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction or alteration. However, no security system can ever be 100% secure.

    Delighterr utilizes only PCI-DSS compliant third party payment processors to ensure the security of your personal information. Users should review Stripe’s Security Policy for more information on their security practices.

    Delighterr stores its data on AWS’ highly secure SAS 70 certified data centers located within the United States. Please see the AWS Cloud Security Policy for more information on its security practices. Communications are encrypted pursuant to a Cloudflare, Inc. generated SSL certificate.

  6. How Does the Platform Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals?

    “Do Not Track” is a feature enabled on some browsers that sends a signal to request that a website disable its tracking or cross-site user tracking. At present, the Platform does not respond to or alter its practices when a Do Not Track signal is received.

  7. How Will I Be Notified of Changes to Your Privacy Policy?

    If we make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you either by: (i) changing the Effective Date at the top of the Privacy Policy, (ii) sending an email to our account holders, and/or (iii) adding a statement to the Platform.

    You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
